Success in finding a renter or buyer depends initially on the quality and content of an image and how it is presented. A bad photo simply deters potential viewings and reduces those all-important cost-effective opportunities to rent or sell quickly. Many property management companies out there take pictures of their inventory just to get it completed. This is a huge mistake because the pictures are price will be the deciding factor of whether the home or condo is rented. Think about it, when was the last time you rented a home or condo that had no pictures? Exactly, probably never. A vacation rental is not a hotel room. It's unique from all other homes and the travelers should be able to see that. Pictures that are a well taken will help property managers increase conversion, give the traveler a visual, and definitely will increase trust and safety for recurring business. Many property managers have old out dated images of their inventory which is another "no no". Keep your pictures up to date by re-taking each year or after every remodel or furniture change. Unfortunately vacation rental property managers have a hard time allocating time, man power and money to provide accurate up to date images of their homes. That's where we come in.
