SeeBeforeYouStay.com operating under Data Post LLC is dedicated to providing quality imagery of vacation rentals & real estate within your inventory at a price point that is attractive. Studies have shown that pictures sell and increase conversion dramatically. We offer photography services that fit any business small or large. We understand that your inventory may not need pictures taken of the entire home or unit so we offer different programs for interior only, exterior only, and of course the entire home. All images taken will be large enough and suitable for print catalogues or other print collateral.
Vacation Rentals
* Exterior pictures only - $50 per home or unit (6-8 images) * Interior pictures only - $50 per home or unit (8-10 images)
* Entire home - $80 per home (14-18 images) * Pack of 5 filler images - $30 Pack of 10 filler images - $45 Pack of 20 filler images - $80
* Community images are FREE with any order of 30 homes or more. (Maximum of 6 images / community
* A 30 home minimum or a retainer fee of a minimum of $2000 is required. Larger orders will be a % of the total.
Real Estate
All real estate orders are custom and need to have an estimate done. Depending on size of the home and how many images you’d like taken, photographing the home can take up to 3 hours. All photos are enhanced through imaging software creating the most optimal results. The portfolio will be delivered electronically consisting of high resolution print quality images.
